Job description 

• Answering customer request in cooperation with the operational units (especially procurement, production, logistics) and SHEQ
• Preparing and accompanying customer audits, as well as answering to further question linked to the supplier approval processes by our customers
• Writing specifications in cooperation with the operational units (especially procurement, production, logistics) and product development
• Writing standard statements to answer certain repeated questions
• Registration and evaluation of information on customer requirements
• Supporting implementation of customer requirements
• Registration of customer complaints
• Arranging immediate measures to be done in cooperation with responsible colleagues: e.g. issuing credit notes, decision on where to return goods, contracting crisis management
• Supervision of due dates and evaluation of statements including further research where required
• Answering customers and Polish consumers on complaints based on internal input, termination of complaint in SAP
• Following up measures
• Preparing the information on complaints for quarterly report
• Consolidating registered data to ensure correct reporting
• Participation in meetings of involved functions to report on complaints and increase the understanding of customers´view


Perfect candidate:

• has a good understanding of processes in production, distribution and sales of products
• ideally has finished studies in natural or engineering sciences 
• is working in cooperation with colleagues in all involved functions and sites to achieve good results for our customers and Nordzucker at the same time
• is safe in using  MS Office 
• is customer oriented to a high degree
• is excellently communicating with external and internal contacts
• is a team player
• is working discretely and able to work under pressure
• is fluently speaking and writing Polish and English
• ideally is experienced in working with SAP ERP, SAP BW, Salesforce
