To our team in Opalenica we are looking for: Head of Agri Center Poland

Area of responsibility: 

To play an important role in leading, strengthening, and developing the area and Agri Center Poland to secure beet supply and to make the best possible use of long-term market opportunities.

• Ensuring NZP is recognized as the preferred partner by growers
• Providing commercial and financial advisory support to growers
• Overseeing beet and seed contracting processes
• Segmenting growers and market structures to support strategic decisions
• Communicating effectively with growers and key stakeholders (farmers’ unions, government bodies) through direct engagement and modern communication channels
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across countries
• Planning and coordinating beet delivery during the campaign
• Managing beet intake throughout the campaign period
• Ensuring beet quality standards are met

Requirements: 

• Agronomist or other relevant academic degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar management position (consulting or sales or purchasing/contracting), within an agriculture industry.
• Fluent in English
• B Cat. Driving licence
• Analytical mindset combined with strong result orientation and initiative taking
• Set clearly defined objectives and identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks
• Establish good relationship and build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
• Listen, consult others and communicate proactively and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence
• Team player, open minded and demonstrate an interest in and understanding of others
• Positive attitude, independent and persistent approach to task solving and take pride in completing tasks on time
