SAP Application Consultant (m/w/d)
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our exciting journey supporting our business becoming more agile and digitized. We are now in the final stage of our company wide transition to SAP S/4 HANA. Next step in optimizing our HR-system landscape is to introduce the complete SuccessFactors suite. You will be working with HR colleagues in all our countries in exciting projects as well on a daily basis you will be the go-to person for any HR-system troubleshooting and updating in particular SAP HR. We rely on you to be up-to-date on all changes and updates within the SAP portfolio and interfaced systems, so our HR Processes run smooth and securely. You will also advise the HR Management how to optimize processes and digitize workflows across all borders, system and regulations.
The area of responsibility – SAP HR Application Consultant located in our IT-department
- Driving implementation of SAP Success Factors Suite
- Analyzing business processes and identifying system requirements in close cooperation with the business departments in the areas of Human Resources
- Conception, optimization and realization of business processes in the SAP HR Application with focus on SAP Success Factors
- Set up and hosting of SAP Success Factors interfaces to SAP ERP and further 3rd party solutions
- Supporting of SAP ERP HCM and S/4 HCM FIORI
- Participation in international projects and project management
- Run, qualified support and documentation of implemented solutions
- Reengineering of existing processes within optimization projects

Cooperation in an international team across several locations and managing external implementation partner
In this position you will be reporting to our Head of SAP Standard Applications
The ideal candidate:
- Has ideally several years of professional experience in SAP Implementation projects. Qualified and motivated junior candidates are welcome as well.
- Comes preferable with comprehensive practical- and process experience in SAP with focus on SAP Success Factors and SAP ERP HCM, ideally already experienced with S/4 HANA
- BA or Ms.C in (Business-) Informatics, Economics, Mathematics or comparable education
- Advantage to have knowledge in coding (preferred ABAP)
- Shows comprehensive understanding of business processes in the area of Human Resources and acts as a competent partner for the business departments
- Solid knowledge of project management methods and drive to lead projects independently
- Enjoys working in international teams and gets motivation from the cooperation in the team
- Characterized by high motivation, proactive way of working and very good communication skills as well as willingness to travel (ca. 10 %)
- Very good English skills
