Project Manager Smart Beet Initiative (m/w/d)

Area of responsibility:

• Cross-national support and coordination of SBI demonstrations as part of the Nordzucker Smart Beet Initiative.

• Promotion and support of an active exchange between the Nordzucker Agri Centers on SBI

• Involvement of research and development of internal as well as external stakeholders in SBI

• Supporting the Agri Centers in conducting SBI demonstrations and field days

• Collect, evaluate and prepare results for internal and external use

• Provide regular internal and external reporting on SBI.

The ideal candidate (m/w/d):

• Has successfully completed a degree/training in agricultural sciences, ideally in the field of sugar beet

• Has experience in practical sugar beet cultivation

• Is open to new approaches in beet cultivation

• Has a forward-looking mindset and way of working

• Is a team player or motivator and knows how to lead teams and discussions

• Has a good command of written and spoken German and English

• Has a high willingness to travel
