Head of Commercial Excellence (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and realization of the sales strategy and knowledge transfer
- Enforcing governance to ensure group-wide scaling and harmonization
- Promoting the continuous improvement of sales processes and the use of tools
- Cross-national cooperation for implementation and exchange of best practice examples
- Promoting the development of a culture of excellence
- Development, management and implementation of various sales excellence initiatives and organizational development
- Conceptual development and implementation of sales KPIs in collaboration with other functions involved
- Monitoring key performance indicators to assess internal and external customer satisfaction in relation to sales and supply chain activities
- Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing in the daily sales business in the B2B area
- Assuming KAM responsibility for multinational customers
- Promotion of joint value initiatives
The ideal candidate (m/f/d):
- Has a degree with a focus on marketing or business or a comparable qualification
- Has experience with sales organizations and methods as well as with the definition and optimization of business processes
- Is experienced in strategic planning and project management across different regions
- Ideally has experience in the food industry or agricultural sector
- Has intercultural skills and strong interface management and organization skills
- Has experience in the areas of change management, leadership and building through change
- Has a high level of team and customer orientation and a strong commitment to service excellence
- Has a high degree of flexibility, an independent way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
- Is willing to work both domestically and abroad
- Has very good application knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Is fluent in English and ideally speaks German
